Silverleaf Academy is proud to work with Workforce Solutions Capital Area to help eligible Central Texas residents access career training.

Through workforce programs such as WIOA, qualifying students may be eligible for funding that covers the cost of their Silverleaf Academy training.

If you qualify, your $7,499 program tuition may be fully funded.

Funding is subject to eligibility and approval by Workforce Solutions Capital Area, but our team can help prospective students understand the process and provide the program documentation needed for their Workforce Advisor.

Hands-On Training for a Career in Healthcare

At Silverleaf Academy, we believe great caregivers are developed through both education and experience.

Students learn the fundamentals of nursing assistant care while developing practical skills in activities of daily living, resident safety, communication, infection prevention, mobility, personal care, vital signs, and compassionate person-centered care.

Students also receive hands-on skills training and clinical experience in real healthcare environments.

Our goal isn't simply to help you finish a course. It's to prepare you to confidently enter the healthcare workforce.

    We'll discuss the 12-week program, upcoming Monday start dates, enrollment requirements, and your payment options.

  3. Explore No-Cost Training

    If you may qualify for workforce funding, we'll provide the Silverleaf Academy information you need to work with Workforce Solutions Capital Area and your Workforce Advisor.

  4. Complete Your Enrollment

    Submit the required enrollment documentation and finalize either your workforce funding approval or private payment.

  5. Start on a Monday

    Once your enrollment requirements are complete, select your start date and begin your training.

How long is the Nursing Assistant Program?

Twelve weeks, combining classroom instruction, hands-on skills training, and clinical experience.

When do classes start?

New classes start every Monday, so you can begin when you are ready instead of waiting for a semester.

What does it cost, and can it be funded?

Tuition is $7,499. Through Workforce Solutions Capital Area, eligible students may qualify for workforce funding, such as WIOA, that can cover the full cost. Funding is subject to eligibility, availability of funds, and approval. Silverleaf Academy's ETPL Provider ID is 11287.

Do I need any prior certification?

No prior certification is needed to enroll. A laptop is provided for coursework and training.

Will I be able to work at Silverleaf?

Graduates may have opportunities to apply for positions within the Silverleaf family of companies when positions are available. Silverleaf Academy cannot guarantee funding or employment.
