At Silverleaf Eldercare in Austin we take medication management seriously. Al Stephens, Registered Nurse provides consultations and training in medication delegation. Our resident’s medications and care plans are tracked electronically by staff allowing the pharmacy on record to make changes quickly and accurately through our system. All medication is delivered on the same day at each of our Austin independent senior living facilities.
