Careers at Silverleaf Eldercare
Where Care Is Personal and So Is Your Career
At Silverleaf Eldercare, we believe great care starts with great people. Our communities are intentionally small, warm, and relationship-driven allowing caregivers to truly know the residents they serve and feel proud of the work they do every day.
If you’re passionate about caring for others, value meaningful connections, and want to grow in a supportive environment, Silverleaf may be the right place for you.
A Different Kind of Care Environment
Silverleaf communities are designed to feel like home not institutions. With low caregiver-to-resident ratios, our team members are set up for success, not burnout. Care is unhurried, thoughtful, and rooted in dignity, compassion, and respect.
Whether supporting assisted living or memory care residents, our caregivers play an essential role in creating comfort, confidence, and connection for both residents and families.
Learn, Grow, and Advance with Silverleaf Academy
Through Silverleaf Academy, we invest directly in our team’s education and professional growth. Caregivers are supported with ongoing training, skill development, and opportunities to advance their careers including Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) education and dementia care training grounded in Positive Approach to Care® (PAC) principles.
While CNA or medication-related credentials are valued, they are not required to apply. What matters most is compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve others, we’ll support the rest.
Opportunities Across Our Communities
Silverleaf Eldercare continues to grow, with communities throughout the Austin area and beyond. Team members may have opportunities to work in assisted living, memory care, and leadership roles across multiple locations as the organization expands.
We are proud to foster a culture where caregivers feel supported, heard, and empowered to do meaningful work.
We Love Guests
