Thoughtfully converted to support those living with memory loss, this intimate setting offers a calm, secure, and comforting environment where residents are known, supported, and cared for with intention.
Designed to feel like a private home rather than a facility, Anderson Mill provides a familiar atmosphere that helps reduce anxiety and foster a sense of belonging. Residents can enjoy time with loved ones in inviting shared spaces, relax outdoors on the deck, or take part in daily moments of connection, all while receiving attentive, around-the-clock care.

These meetings allow us to deliver vital staff training and acquaint our team with key issues affecting residents. During these meetings, we discuss topics from Alzheimer’s disease and hospice care to general safety issues that require constant monitoring. With these monthly meetings, we can ensure our knowledge stays up-to-date and relevant to best serve the seniors in our valued family.
Besides monthly meetings, caregivers at Silverleaf Eldercare’s Anderson Mill assisted living community are encouraged to discuss any issues they may have. This open forum helps caregivers to stay as informed as possible on any changes in our residents’ health status.
